Please, contact me as soon as possible, letting me know the order number and your email address, and I will send the file by email.

 

How to check out a free design

On payment method, check the "free checkout" box.

 

No zip extension on download

I have had some reports that the wooden alpha is downloading without the .zip extension. If you are having this problem simple rename the file with the .zip on the end and you will then be able to extract the files as normal.

Can’t login ?

If you are having problems logging in click the forgot password link under the password box, enter your email address when prompted, you will be sent a password. Use this password to log in, you will now be able to change your password to something you will remember by going to My Account and click on change password.
